With spring and summer weather approaching, its time to pick your wines for drinking while sitting on the porch. These maps will help you locate the source regions of your favorite wines. Or send a wine region postcard to a friend, noting a particular French wine that you like. You can use map pins or map flags to mark the locations of favorite vineyards.
We offer a variety of wine maps, especially for France and California. These are very attractive and detailed maps ideal for framing, especially the Vinmaps wall maps.

Looking for an alternative to expensive travel in Europe? Try a cycling holiday!
Spend a lazy day cycling along the Danube River gazing at castles on the hilltops, stopping at little cafés for a glass of the local wine. Or for the adrenaline fiends, go speeding down the Alps with deep valleys at your feet and glaciers in the distance. Stay in inexpensive hotels or zimmer frei in small villages instead of overpriced hotels in the downtown chaos of major cities.
The most popular ride is the famous Danube River Trail (we recommend the Bikeline and Cicerone guides for this trip). Other rides, such as the Lake Constance ride offer alternative routes with spectacular scenery.
France offers everything from the River Loire to the French Alps and don't forget Provence, Spain's Way of St. James, or Finland's southern coast. With cycling, you have more time to truly see the countryside, to interact with people, and, of course, to stop at relax in a roadside café when lunchtime beckons.
We stock map series specifically designed for cyclists for the areas listed below. Please see the individual country listings for topographic maps for those countries that do not have a separate cycling map series.
Are you tired of winter? Do you have two feet of snow outside your front door? If so, get away to a sunny beach and let your cares melt away.
We offer a wide selection of travel maps and guidebooks for the various Caribbean islands, ranging from St. Lucia to Guadeloupe. Maps and guides for some of the most popular Caribbean destinations are linked below.

With the falling US dollar, many people are rethinking the traditional European vacation to France or Italy.
This month we highlight Croatia and Slovenia, along with the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as destinations with spectacular history and scenery, yet far fewer crowds and much less expensive.
These destinations are becoming more popular for US travelers, but have not yet attracted the kinds of crowds that you see in Rome in August.
The scenery and history are first-rate.
From the Old Town in Prague to the historic coastal city of Dubrovnik, from the High Tatras to the Julian Alps, the sites, culture, and food, will leave you with a lifetime of memories.
