You have asked that your order be “returnable.” We view maps, atlases, and cd-rom products as reference materials. We do not accept returns on these items unless prior arrangements are made. If you have any questions about the suitability of a particular map for your needs, or if you wish assistance in choosing the appropriate map, we ask that you call us and let our knowledgeable staff assist you in choosing your purchase. Special-order items are also not returnable. You will be notified before processing your order if any item is a special-order item.
All other products are returnable for credit within 15 days of receipt of your order.
